CFL Studio Resources : Directions and Parking

1. Directions
Located at 6413 Pinecastle Blvd Ste 3, Pine Castle, FL 32809 we are roughly 15 minutes north west of the
MCO International Airport/Brightline by car and 15 minutes directly south of Downtown Orlando. You access our warehouse park from the main road of East Lancaster Road, turning onto Pinecastle Blvd.
When you turn onto Pinecastle Blvd, you will pass the self storage business (the first left) and turn left into the first warehouse park (the second left).
When you turn into our warehouse park we are the last warehouse space on the left (all the way down where the dumpsters are).
You typically will enter through the main entrance door on the left. This door will have our logo on it and is next to our mailbox. Do not access us through the secondary side door unless specifically specified as this door leads directly to the film studio space and could interfere with a production in progress.
2. Parking
There are 15 total (5 of which are directly in front of the studio) 24/7 dedicated parking spaces available for use to our studio with additional spaces available upon request that are typically only available at certain times.
There is also an overflow lot available adding an additional 10 spaces when needed.
Curb parking is also permitted both on the street and within the parking lot itself. Parking in unmarked areas within the warehouse park is permitted within reason, do not block accessibility to other parking spots. If you are planning to park behind and block in a vehicle that is someone from your production, that is fine. Aside from that do not interrupt the coming and goings of other businesses within the plaza.
