Studio A - The Soundstage

Our 1,250 sqft film studio, complete with a pre-lit cyclorama, modular sets and a dmx controlled light grid on a mobile dmx control station.

Layout
Studio A is our principle shooting space.
With a roughly 45 ft deep x 23 ft wide x 13 ft tall (more above the grid) open studio space and 2 large cargo bay garage doors, you will have plenty of space to shoot your project.
There are plenty of outlets on separate circuits, 4 of which are pull down shop extension cords located on the grid. We also have a 240 volt connection suspended roughly within the center of the studio space.

Cyclorama
The cyclorama in the film studio is completely pre-lit with adjustable lights so no need to waste precious time at the start of your shoot trying to get the lighting even. There are also black out curtains that can wrap around and prevent spill where needed.
Custom painting is done upon request. Productions less than 5 days will incur a upcharge for anything other than green.

Modular Sets
We have several different sets that can be built on our sound stage.
If you need a modular set built to represent a home for your music video or need a cozy brick/industrial set for your talk show then we can put together what you need to meet the vibe you are after.

Networking
Our studio is routed with networking, both local networking and storage servers along with fiber WAN networking.
We are capable of hosting your live shows with both, our fiber high speed connection as well as our backup 5G wireless connection to our local tower. If you also plan on uploading dailies/proxies during your reserved time slot, the high speed optic fiber connection won't have a problem handling your data.
Our local facility networking also allows for seamless communication between devices on the soundstage but also 10 gb data transfers to devices including our local storage server.
What's Included?
When you rent the film studio space, you get access to the shared lobby area where the bathroom and kitchen are located, you also get sole access to the film studio, green room and edit bay office space.
In the studio you will have access to the light grid DMX controller.
The time slot rent is the time slot you have. Keep this in mind for your setup and tear down times.
If you need to rent equipment or crew we have those available to purchase as well in the extra section.

Our greenroom/makeup/dressing room for your actors to prepare and relax in-between shooting.
A roomy comfy location adjacent to the Studio A space. Know exactly where your actors are when you need them.
Light Grid
A industry standard, professional light grid.
The majority of Studio A is under a studio light grid with lights pre-set to evenly illuminate the cyclorama.
A winchable tress piece is centered allowing for easy access to help get lights up and out of the way of the soundstage, keeping the area roomy.
A editing bay complete with a sound recording both and professional sound monitors and a computer set up for editing on your preferred software.

The Post-Production Suite
Layout
Our Post Production Suite comes the audio recording booth, a playback both within the recording booth for syncing and outside across from a couch for client input and of course a modern computer for either recording audio and/or making music or editing your video piece.
Editing
With your choice of Final Cut, Premeire, Davinci or Media Composer, our editing bay can handle your technical needs. Everything you need to cut your piece together in one room.
Networking
Our studio is routed with networking, both local networking and storage servers along with fiber WAN networking.
If you need to stream your vocals live or if you need to transfer files during your allotted time slot, the high speed optic fiber connection won't have a problem handling your data.
Our local facility networking also allows for 10 gb data transfers to devices including our local storage server.

If you are trying to record vocals or individual instrumentals for your music then our suite comes with access to the audio recording booth wired into the computer with a appropriate pre-amp. Our computer comes loaded with Pro-Tools and Reaper but if you want to bring a laptop to work off then plugging into our system is no problem.
Sets
We have 2 playback monitors not including the 2 principal computer monitors.
One is positioned across from a couch allowing for a director/producer to monitor progress and give feedback while editing is taking place.
Another is positioned within the recording booth to allow voice over or dubbing performers to easily sync their performance to footage.
Reformer Pilates
This class is conducted on the reformer machine and focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall muscle tone through controlled movements and resistance.

Studio B - The Podcast Room
Studio B is a pre-lit room with 3 different set ups, perfect for podcasts or talking to camera.

Layout
A pre-lit ready to go set for your podcast. With the ability to change colors of the lights and the image presented on the background display. It's as easy as booking your time, walking in and recording.
Sets
We have 3 different pre-set shooting areas on this set.
The table - This set is a triangular table with a TV placed directly behind allowing for a logo or media to be present during the shoot.
The couch - A more relaxed and personal vibe with a colorful textured background.
The talk show - This setup has a very large TV placed behind a desk and chair to give a more serious and professional energy to your piece.
